Summary of the Process

Over the past two years, residents of Will Rogers Courts, Westwood Exchange neighbors, community members, public and private agencies, community and philanthropic organizations, and other partners developed a shared vision and plan that includes Housing, Neighborhood, and People strategies. We’re excited to share big news: HUD has released a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant—an incredible opportunity that could bring up to $26 million to the Westwood Exchange neighborhood to help bring the Transformation Plan to life.
