Over the next two years, we invite Will Rogers Courts residents, Westwood Exchange neighbors, community members, public and private agencies, community and philanthropic organizations, and other stakeholders to develop a shared vision and plan that includes Housing, Neighborhood, and People strategies.

After that, the next step is to go after funding opportunities to implement the plan. This may include applying for a HUD Choice Neighborhoods Implementation (CN) Grant, which could provide approximately $40 million to $50 million. Construction work would not begin for at least five years.

There will be opportunities to share your ideas at each step of the process!
