The City is investing in Hollice T. Williams Park and future improvements will include:

• Enhanced stormwater
• Graphic branding and identity
• Improved amenities and programming

As the City invests, its priority is to make sure that everyone benefits from the area's transformation - especially those in adjecent neighborhoods and others who have previously felt unheard in the process. An Equitable Development Framework Plan will ensure that the park is a driver of inclusive development in the surrounding community. It will do this by:

• Identifying and committing to key goals or values as decided on by the community
• Creating an Equitable Development Tool Kit that outlines development strategies and policies for the communities within a ½ mile radius of the park to ensure inclusive development
• Identifying key projects in the surrounding communities that can contribute to equitable development
